About the Role
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will be a trusted point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service while supporting the agency’s growth objectives. You’ll manage existing relationships, identify coverage opportunities, and help clients protect what matters most through tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Servicing and managing personal and commercial insurance policies
Advising clients on auto, home, life, commercial, and umbrella coverage
Handling policy changes, renewals, and client inquiries with accuracy and care
Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities through proactive client engagement
Supporting agency growth through relationship-based sales and retention

Salary Range: $30.00 - $35.00 per year

* Active California Property & Casualty License required
* Life, Accident, and Health License preferred
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an insurance agency or related customer service role
* Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication (bilingual a plus)
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
* Provide exceptional customer service to existing policyholders
* Process insurance policy changes and manage account updates
* Handle daily phone calls, emails, and in-person client interactions
* Assist clients with payments, billing inquiries, and certificates of insurance
* Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products when appropriate
* Support marketing and retention efforts to meet agency goals
