Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance licenses are a must(or willingness to obtain).
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within the insurance sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A genuine desire to help others and build lasting relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable P&C and Life policies.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through various lead generation activities.
- Clearly explain policy coverage, benefits, and options to clients, ensuring they make informed decisions.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to ensure accurate policy issuance and renewals.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of insurance products and industry best practices.
