Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements
Wisconsin Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
Wisconsin Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
Prior sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A strong desire to help others and build lasting relationships.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your time effectively.
Proficiency with basic computer applications
Responsibilities
Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to acquire new customers.
Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their insurance requirements.
Present and explain insurance policy options clearly and concisely.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
Process new business applications and ensure accurate policy issuance.
Stay informed about Farmers' products, services, and industry trends.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
