Our agency in Santa Ana is growing and we have a receptionist position open. If you have a natural ability to connect with people, we are interested in speaking with you.

This position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, greeting office visitors throughout the day, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agency owner or associates.

• Handle incoming calls- calls may involve basic policy questions, including billing inquiries
• Assist agents with light administrative duties
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner
