As a Farmers Insurance Sales Representative, you will work directly with clients to evaluate their insurance needs and recommend coverage solutions including auto, home, and life insurance products. Our agency provides structured training, ongoing mentorship, and the tools needed to help you succeed in a fast-growing industry.

Key Responsibilities



• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Generate insurance quotes and present policy solutions
• Follow up with prospects and referrals to build new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in agency systems
• Assist customers with policy updates, questions, and coverage reviews
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance goals
