The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience selling or servicing commercial insurance products and a strong understanding of business risk management. This role involves prospecting, advising, and building long-term relationships with business clients to provide tailored insurance solutions.
Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Must have had your Property & Casualty license for more than ONE YEAR
- Active insurance license in the State of Missouri (Property & Casualty required; Life & Health a plus)
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverages
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
- Assess business risks and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Sell and service commercial insurance policies, including general liability, workers’ compensation, commercial auto, property, and professional liability
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and policy documentation
- Maintain ongoing client relationships through renewals, policy reviews, and cross-selling opportunities
- Stay current with insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations
- Ensure compliance with all state and company licensing and regulatory requirements
