Lead a Branded Insurance Agency with National Support

Farmers Insurance is seeking driven professionals who are interested in building a long-term career within the insurance industry. This position provides the opportunity to work inside an established Farmers agency while gaining hands-on experience in client relationships, insurance sales, and agency operations.

Team members in this role develop a strong foundation in the insurance business by working closely with experienced agency leadership and learning how a successful agency operates day to day. The position is designed for individuals who are motivated to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibility over time.

This role offers valuable exposure to multiple aspects of the insurance industry, including sales development, client service, marketing, and agency growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses preferred (assistance available if needed)
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Evaluate insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Generate quotes for auto, home, life, and commercial insurance products
• Follow up with prospects and referrals to develop new business opportunities
• Maintain client records and activity tracking within agency systems
• Assist customers with policy reviews and coverage updates
• Work closely with agency leadership to support growth and client service initiatives
