What You'll Need

• A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients

• Drive and discipline to work independently while being part of a high-performance team

• Nevada Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses

• 3+ years of Insurance Sales experience (preferred)

• Networking & Marketing experience (preferred)

What You'll Do

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through various means, including networking, referrals, and community involvement

• Offer customized insurance solutions across Property & Casualty & Life & Health products

• Close new business and retain clients using proven sales strategies and tools

• Set and track personal sales goals while learning how to scale your operation optimally
