Farmers Insurance District 95 is hiring a full-time Protege Agent — a paid apprenticeship program focused on developing future agency leaders. This is more than an insurance sales role. It’s a structured path designed to help you grow into running and leading a successful agency.

You’ll work directly with an exemplary Agent, gaining firsthand exposure to what it takes to operate a high-performing business. From revenue generation to team leadership and daily operations, you’ll develop the skills necessary to confidently step into a leadership role.
