As a Protege Agent, you will work directly under an exemplary Agent receiving elite mentorship. This is a rare opportunity to gain firsthand experience inside a high-performing agency while building the skills necessary to launch your own.

You’ll learn sales, client management, operations, marketing, and business development — all while earning income and developing your long-term ownership plan.

Requirements

● Entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive and ambition

● Prior sales experience preferred

● Must obtain required insurance licenses

Responsibilities

● Partner closely with your mentor Agent to develop the skills required to become a self-sufficient Agent

● Prepare accurate insurance quotes using customer data and policy rates

● Evaluate client needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions

● Prospect and follow up with clients via phone, text, and email

● Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities

● Build long-term business relationships
