Salary Range: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

· Base salary DOE up to $42,000 Plus MONTHLY BONUSES (could be significant)

· Signing bonus: $1,000 (w/active Arizona P&C or Personal Lines license and prior Farmers agency experience)

· Full time schedule Monday to Friday (no weekends or evenings). Flexible start/stop time.

· Must have an active Arizona P&C or Personal Lines license to apply.

· Manage multiple tasks and offer thoughtful solutions for customers.

· Excels in a challenging environment and works well with team members.

· Feels comfortable working with phone, zoom, and in-office with customers.

· Process policy and coverage changes ranging from simple to complex.

· Prepare Farmers Friendly Reviews (FFRs) for renewing policies.

· Cross-sell open lines of business offer make policy/coverage recommendations.
