About Our Leadership

Work under the guidance of District Manager Joe Haas, a highly respected industry leader with over 20 years of experience helping professionals build fulfilling careers in insurance. You'll have direct access to mentorship, coaching, and career development every step of the way.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

What You Bring

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• A positive, solutions-focused mindset and attention to detail

• A desire to learn, grow, and make a difference for clients

• Prior experience in customer service or insurance preferred

• Must be licensed in insurance with NV Property & Casualty and NV Life & Health (or willing to obtain.. we can help!)

What You'll Do

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through various means, including networking, referrals, and community involvement

• Offer customized insurance solutions across Property & Casualty & Life & Health products

• Close new business and retain clients using proven sales strategies and tools

• Provide exceptional service and support to new and existing clients by phone, email, and in-person
