As an Insurance Agent, you will be the driving force behind our mission to provide exceptional insurance solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in outside or inside sales is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and to demonstrate empathy and responsiveness to client needs.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client relationship management.
- Works well with coworkers and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for effective sales administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams).
- High School diploma or higher
Preferred qualifications
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities to serve a wider range of customers effectively.
- Six months plus experience in insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes in sales settings.
- Bachelor's degree or higher
Responsibilities
- Sell auto, home, life, and other types of insurance products.
- Prospect using various marketing strategies to generate leads and opportunities.
- Follow a proven sales process to build value and customize an insurance portfolio to suit individual clients' needs.
- Engage telemarketing techniques to make outbound calls and generate sales leads for potential clients.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Explain insurance policies, terms, and conditions to clients
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product updates to effectively advise clients and stay ahead of the competition
- Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the agency management.
