Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain state insurance licenses in Missouri (Property & Casualty, Life & Health).
- Prior sales experience or customer facing experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude.
- Coachable and open to constructive criticism.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, cold calling, networking, and community involvement.
- Develop customized insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of individuals and business clients.
- Educate clients on coverage options and explain policy features clearly and confidently.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and present coverage recommendations.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and policy reviews.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance metrics.
- Stay informed on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal team members and underwriters to ensure smooth policy issuance and client satisfaction.
