Farmers Insurance District 95 (Austin, TX) is seeking a motivated and competitive Insurance Sales Producer to join one of our local agency teams.

As an Agency Producer, you'll work directly under an established Farmers Agency Owner, gaining hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and client relationship management. This role is ideal for driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building connections, and want to develop a rewarding career in insurance sales.

You'll be the face of the agency engaging with clients, providing solutions that protect what matters most, and driving growth for the business.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

• Genuine willingness to learn and be coachable.
• Must pass a background check.
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency and ambition.
• Prior sales or customer service experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (District support is available).

• Collaborate with your mentor Agent to develop the confidence and skills needed to become a high-performing producer.
• Prepare accurate insurance quotes using customer information, policy data, and underwriting tools.
• Assess each clients needs to recommend the most appropriate coverage options.
• Engage with prospective customers through calls, texts, and emails to drive sales and retention.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products.
• Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
