Mentorship

• Sales experience is a plus but is not required.
• Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ethical and trustworthy
• Willing to learn and grow
• Positive and a team player
• Property and Casualty License required before start date (Financial Assistance is provided!)
• Clean Criminal Background Check

• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (e.g., auto, home, life, business).
• Explain policy features, coverage options, and benefits clearly.
• Provide insurance quotes and help clients compare products.
