Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Must currently hold a valid Property and Casualty and/or Life, Health, and Accident insurance license in the state of Missouri (or have a willingness to obtain one/both.)
  • Sales experience or customer facing background is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven environment.
  • A passion for providing clients with the best coverage options to protect their assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of property and casualty clients, providing ongoing support and consultation.

• Actively prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.

• Conduct in-depth risk assessments and recommend appropriate coverage solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain thorough knowledge of insurance products, underwriting policies, and industry regulations to provide expert advice.

• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and binders for new business while handling renewals and policy adjustments.

• Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service to retain and grow your book of business.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of new business, claims, and renewals.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to offer cutting-edge solutions and maintain compliance.

• Mentor less experienced team members, offering guidance and support to help them succeed.

• Contribute to agency goals and initiatives by working closely with a high-performing, well-rounded agent.
