Requirements
  • Interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills are a must
  • High energy and drive to win daily, and the ability to solve problems quickly
  • Willingness and ability to follow predetermined structures and systems
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to read people
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to identify highly-skilled talent during the recruitment process
Responsibilities
  • Communicate with department management and give hourly updates
  • Provide insightful feedback to management about potential candidates
  • Follow up with all candidates whether they receive an offer or rejection
  • Develop and give insight into the hiring process that will consistently attract top talent
  • Process and evaluate all job applications and vet the most qualified candidates for further consideration
  • Coordinate interviews and skill tests with qualified candidates
