You'll have a unique opportunity to shape the future of our firm by identifying and attracting up-and-coming insurance professionals that will take us to the next level, and work with industry leaders to cultivate them into world-changing producers.
Part time hour options are either 9am-3pm or 4pm-8pm Central Time Zone.

Requirements
- Interpersonal, interviewing, and strong communication skills
- High energy and drive to win daily, and the ability to solve problems quickly

- Emotional intelligence and the ability to read people
- Strong networking skills and the ability to identify highly-skilled talent during the recruitment process
Responsibilities
- Communicate with department management and give hourly and daily updates
- Provide training materials and resources to new hires through email and text
- Identify top-talent by resume review, facial pattern recognition, and people-reading skills
- Follow up with all potential candidates in a systematic and timely manner
- Process and evaluate all job applications and vet the most qualified candidates for further consideration
- Coordinate interviews and skills testing with qualified candidates
