Our insurance brokerage is expanding, and we are looking for a persuasive hiring+training specialist to Sell the Dream, and Recruit and Train Star Players.

You'll have a unique opportunity to shape the future of our firm by identifying and attracting up-and-coming insurance professionals that will take us to the next level, and work with industry leaders to cultivate them into world-changing producers.

Part time hour options are either 9am-3pm or 4pm-8pm both central time zone.

Requirements
  • Required to get a Property and Casualty license within 60 days of employment, and assist new team members with onboarding
  • Interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills are a must
  • High energy and drive to win daily, and the ability to solve problems quickly
  • Willingness and ability to follow predetermined structures and systems, and hold others accountable to the same
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to read people
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to identify highly-skilled talent during the recruitment process
Responsibilities
  • Communicate with department management and give daily, weekly, and monthly updates
  • Facilitate salary and benefit package discussions as needed
  • Onboard new hires and help them achieve their licensing and a smooth transition
  • Train new hires on our mindsets, systems and scripts
  • Follow up with all candidates whether they receive an offer or rejection, making sure to provide clear and timely information
  • Develop an effective, agency-wide hiring process that will consistently attract top talent
  • Process and evaluate all job applications and vet the most qualified candidates for further consideration
  • Coordinate interviews and skills testing with qualified candidates
