We pay a monthly salary with hefty commissions, and the opportunity to advance and grow.

Salary Range: $72,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Prior sales or marketing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Personal laptop or desktop computer and quality headset
- Humble and coachable attitude
- Intrinsic motivation and hunger to win at a high level
- Emotional intelligence
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Call hot leads with energy and enthusiasm
- Build rapport and trust with clients through quality presentations
- Maintain call control and handle common objections with class
- Follow Award-Winning Talkpaths and lead customers to a sale with confidence
- Complete and maintain appropriate documentation for all clients
