• Minimum 1 year of previous insurance customer service or sales experience
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and to demonstrate empathy and responsiveness to client needs.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to service and client relationship management.
• Works well with co-workers and is a team player with a positive attitude
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for effective sales administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams)
• Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and provide personalized solutions
• Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license is required
• HYBRID REMOTE - Must live in the Austin Metro Area and able to work in the local office a few times/week

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email
• Work renewals and service alerts in timely manner for client retention
• Conduct policy reviews for existing clients
• Make policy changes, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to follow-up on client inquiries.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products by Cross-selling to existing clients (P&C products and Life Insurance)
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
