Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of previous insurance customer service or sales experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and to demonstrate empathy and responsiveness to client needs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to service and client relationship management.
- Works well with co-workers and is a team player with a positive attitude
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for effective sales administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams)
- Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and provide personalized solutions
- Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license is required
- HYBRID REMOTE - Must live in the Austin Metro Area and able to work in the local office a few times/week
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email
- Work renewals and service alerts in timely manner for client retention
- Conduct policy reviews for existing clients
- Make policy changes, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to follow-up on client inquiries.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products by Cross-selling to existing clients (P&C products and Life Insurance)
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
