We are seeking a results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage prospective customers. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions to every client in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Proven work experience in sales or customer service (insurance preferred but not required).
• Active Property & Casualty license and/or Life, Health, and Accident license or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

• Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Present, promote, and sell insurance products (life, health, auto, home, etc.) based on client needs.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain client retention through follow-up and policy reviews.
• Educate clients on policy details, benefits, and available options.
• Stay current with industry regulations, product changes, and continuing education requirements.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
