As a Sales Representative with Farmers Insurance, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and recommending tailored insurance products that meet client needs. • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
• Must be licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life, Health, and Accident for the State of Missouri.
• Prior sales experience strongly preferred; insurance or financial services background is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Self-starter mindset with a passion for helping others.
• Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, calling leads, networking, and community involvement.
• Develop customized insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of individuals and business clients.
• Educate clients on coverage options and explain policy features clearly and confidently.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and present coverage recommendations.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and policy reviews.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance metrics.
• Stay informed on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and product offerings.
• Collaborate with internal team members and underwriters to ensure smooth policy issuance and client satisfaction.
