• Current state insurance license (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health)
• Proven experience in insurance sales or customer service

• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Educate clients on coverage options and policy details
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and ongoing service
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community engagement
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards
• Process applications, renewals, and policy changes with accuracy and timeliness
