• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses and certifications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets and quotas.
• If not licensed be willing to get licensed with 20 days of job offer. We cannot start you until you are licensed.
