If you love the hunt and chase of calling new and aged leads, and setting up a salesperson with live transfers, this is the place for you!
At the Chris Castanza Agency, we expect all of our SDRs call 350-400 leads daily, utilize our award-winning scripts and talk paths, and work directly with producers to generate 10-20 new sales conversations daily!

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements
- High speed internet

Responsibilities
- Make 50-100 outbound dials an hour
- Seemlessly transfer calls to producers to sell
- Handle initial objections as they arise
- Maintain clear communication with producers and management
- Grow 1% personally and professionally every day
- Maintain high energy and enthusiasm on every call
- Follow an award-winning script to create customer engagement
