The Agent Apprentice role is a structured, developmental position that prepares you to become a licensed Insurance Producer and, potentially, a future Agency Owner. You will receive one-on-one coaching, formal training, and practical experience in all aspects of insurance sales, client service, and agency operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree is a plus.
• Interest in a long-term career in insurance, sales, or financial services.
• No prior experience necessary we will train the right candidate.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to study for and pass insurance licensing exams (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health).
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Learn and understand the core products and services offered, including auto, home, life, and business insurance.
• Assist with marketing efforts, lead generation, and client outreach.
• Support licensed agents in conducting client appointments, coverage reviews, and policy servicing.
• Participate in on-the-job training sessions covering sales techniques, customer service, and compliance.
• Shadow experienced team members to gain insight into agency workflows and client relationship building.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and follow-up communication.
• Prepare quotes, proposals and applications for clients
