As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and recommending tailored insurance products that meet client needs. • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain state insurance licenses in Missouri (Property & Casualty, Life & Health).
• Prior sales experience strongly preferred; insurance or financial services background is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

• Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

• Stay informed on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and product offerings.
• Collaborate with internal team members and underwriters to ensure smooth policy issuance and client satisfaction.
