Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Develop Sales Team: Build, train, and lead a team of licensed insurance agents, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Sales Strategy & Growth: Create and implement effective sales plans to drive new business, customer retention, and overall agency profitability.
Mentoring & Training: Conduct ongoing coaching and development sessions to sharpen product knowledge and sales skills across the team.
Performance Monitoring: Set individual and team goals, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide consistent feedback.
Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
Stay Current & Competitive: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to keep your team informed and adaptable.
