Requirements
- Licensing: Possession of a valid insurance license in the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry is required, with a proven track record of success.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and guiding a sales team.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients and team members.
- Networking: Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships within the community and industry.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, financial planning, and strategic decision-making.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A commitment to high levels of client satisfaction and service excellence.

Responsibilities
- Set Vision: Establish and communicate the agency's vision and strategic planning towards growth and success.
- Lead Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of the agency's resources.
- Client Acquisition: Develop strategies to attract and acquire new clients, enhancing the agency's portfolio.
- Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a team of competent agents to reach individual and team sales targets.
- Financial Management: Monitor financial performance and ensure the agency meets or surpasses revenue targets.
- Compliance: Ensure that all operations and activities comply with state laws and regulations.
- Market Analysis: Regularly assess market trends to stay competitive and introduce innovative insurance solutions.
