Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

-Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
-Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and warm calling.
-Present and explain insurance policies to clients, helping them understand coverage options and costs.
-Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs and budgets.
-Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new insurance products.
-Track individual metrics and strategically pivot to accelerate sales.
-Meet or exceed sales targets and production goals.
-Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies.
-Required to have a property and casualty insurance license to be hired.
-Must have a laptop or computer available.
-Maintain a quiet and focused work environment free of distractions.
