Our team is expanding, and were hiring an Experienced Insurance Agent who will work to prospect and secure new ones. The ideal candidate has some sales experience or is a quick learner whos eager to work directly with customers to uncover the insurance protection that best meets their needs.

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses and certifications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets and quotas.
- If not licensed be willing to get licensed with 20 days of job offer. We cannot start you until you are licensed.
Responsibilities
- Nurture client relationships to understand insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Generate leads through various methods and assess client risks.
- Communicate policy details clearly and customize packages to fit client requirements.
- Manage insurance applications, renewals, and amendments efficiently.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive support and follow-up.
- Stay updated on industry trends and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with underwriters.
