Our office is quickly growing and we need someone who we can train to fit in our office puzzle! The position offered is full time. Our Customer Service Representative needs to exceed customer service standards to current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in.

Requirements
- Handle client calls with professionalism and confidence
- Initiate outbound calls to win clients
- Have a working computer and high-speed internet
- Maintain 2 working monitors
Responsibilities
- Follow scripts and talk paths to guide clients to positive choices for their insurance
- Communicate with leadership and teammates
- Take inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Review policies with professionalism and confidence
- Handle objections and push for new sales, cross sales, and upsells
