Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to make outbound calls to potential clients actively seeking insurance quotes. Your role is to initiate contact, qualify the lead, and transfer or schedule them with a licensed insurance agent for a full consultation and quote. This is a high-volume, phone-based role with daily call minimums.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

REQUIREMENTS ARE PREFERRED! This is an ENTRY JOB so if you don't have this experiences is OK!

Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.

Insurance industry experience is a plus but not required training is provided.

Make a minimum of 200 outbound calls per day using a power dialer..

Speak with individuals who have expressed interest in receiving insurance quotes.

Qualify prospects and determine their insurance needs (auto, home, renters, etc.).

Collect and confirm basic information: name, contact details, current coverage, and desired coverage.

Transfer live calls or schedule appointments with licensed agents to provide full quotes.

Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Follow scripts while maintaining a natural, friendly, and helpful tone.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
