Farmers Insurance is looking for an individual that will be working full time as a processor of documents for policies on the new and existing business levels. The customer service & sales representative will have the opportunity to earn commission on the sales and retention that they ensure close due to their document verification and collection efforts. Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

• High school diploma or GED required, Associates/Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (composition and grammar) are a MUST
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and be assertive in a collaborative environment
• Results-oriented, with strong critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work well independently, multi-task, and handle time-sensitive material in a fast-paced environment
• Current Property and Casualty License for Texas required
• Commercial insurance experience a plus

• Timely management of your task pipeline
• Work with customers on outstanding documents needed for their policies
• Reviewing of new business accounts to ensure all documents are present
• Follow up with sales reps on any outstanding information needed
• Interact with underwriting team on acceptance of documents
