Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Valid insurance license in Property and Casualty AND Life, Health, and Accident OR a willingness to obtain both in the State of Missouri.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Participate in structured training programs covering insurance products, sales techniques, client service, and compliance.
- Work closely with experienced agents to shadow client meetings and learn best practices.
- Study for and obtain state insurance licenses (e.g., Property & Casualty, Life & Health).
Sales Support
- Assist agents in preparing quotes, proposals, and policy comparisons.
- Conduct outbound calls to leads, schedule appointments, and follow up on inquiries.
- Learn how to build rapport with clients and understand their insurance needs.
Customer Service
- Provide administrative support such as processing policy changes, filing documents, and responding to basic customer service questions.
- Learn to handle customer concerns with professionalism and care.
- Help clients navigate the claims process and connect them with appropriate resources.
Agency Operations
- Support daily agency operations such as CRM updates, policy reviews, and workflow optimization.
- Participate in marketing and community outreach initiatives to build brand awareness.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.
