Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a sales or sales management role, preferably in the insurance industry.

Licensing: Licensed, or the willingness and ability to become licensed, in Property & Casualty, Life & Health.

Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team towards achieving goals.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with teams and clients.

Customer-Focused: A keen ability to understand and address client needs and foster relationships.

Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to set, pursue, and exceed sales targets.

Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Problem Solver: Ability to think critically and strategically to solve problems and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Guide and motivate a dynamic sales team to reach and exceed sales targets.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on opportunities.

Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
