Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Proven experience in outside/inside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in insurance, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred. Previous Farmers, Allstate, or State Farm Insurance sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and to demonstrate empathy and responsiveness to client needs.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client relationship management.
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for effective sales administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, One Drive, Microsoft Teams)
  • Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License (willing to obtain in 30 days)
Responsibilities
  • Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
  • Prospect through various sales channels (telephone, networking, referrals, other sources) to generate leads and opportunities
  • Answer Inbound and make outbound calls on leads to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
  • Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and follow up on prospects
  • Follow a proven sales process to build value and customize an insurance portfolio to suit individual clients' needs.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through excellent customer service
  • Explain insurance policies, terms, and conditions to clients
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product updates to effectively advise clients and stay ahead of the competition
  • Complete Advance Sales Training
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the agency management.
