Farmers Insurance District 95 in the Austin Metropolitan Area is looking for a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agency Leader to establish and grow a successful agency. Requirements:

• Experience in sales, business development, or leadership roles.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with clients and team members.

• A goal-driven, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently.

• A passion for helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most.

• A General Lines insurance license in Texas (or willingness to obtain one).
