Experience:

• Prior sales, business, or customer-facing experience preferred (training provided for those new to insurance).

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Licensing:

• Must obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (District provides guidance and reimbursement opportunities).

Skills:

• Strong communication and relationship-building ability

• Assist Agency Owner in sales and client management activities.
• Develop relationships with clients to understand their coverage needs.

• Participate in District trainings and mentorship sessions.
• Track progress toward sales and development goals.
