As an Insurance Sales Producer, you’ll play a key role in growing an agency’s client base by connecting with potential customers, providing tailored insurance solutions, and helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most.

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills—you know how to connect with people.

• Ability to multi-task, follow up, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Confidence in handling customer objections and turning “no” into “yes.”

• General Lines Property & Casualty & Life & Health insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain them).

What You’ll Do:

• Achieve new business production goals through strategic prospecting and client engagement.

• Develop customized insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close deals.

• Generate leads and schedule appointments using phone calls, email, digital tools, and in-person connections.

• Build lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
