• Clean Criminal Background check
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales and customer service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Previous experience in insurance sales, leadership, or a related field preferred, but not required
• Ability to lead a team and delegate responsibilities effectively
• Must be licensed to sell insurance in Illinois or willing to obtain necessary licenses before the start date. (assistance provided in obtaining your licences.)

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding service and customized insurance solutions to clients.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, prospects, and the local community.
• Market Farmers Insurance products and services through a variety of marketing efforts.
• With help from the district office, recruit, train, and manage staff to facilitate agency expansion.
• Oversee all agency operations, including sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and customer support.
