As an Insurance Marketer/Contact Manager, you will help grow the agency's policies by reaching out to prospective clients and setting appointments for agents and producers. You’ll use tailored communication strategies to engage prospects and showcase the agency’s offerings. This role provides opportunities for career advancement, including progression to an Agency Producer. We offer a competitive salary of $35,000–$45,000 per year, with bonus opportunities, along with flexible scheduling, part-time and full-time options, and free parking in a desirable location.

Requirements
- Two years of college education is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
- Highly motivated and driven to achieve goals and contribute to agency growth.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Search, Email, Calendar, Docs) and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients by phone to secure appointments for agents or producers.
- Collect and record basic prospect information, including insurance and risk details.
- Customize sales scripts to meet the needs and interests of specific individuals.
- Follow up with potential clients via phone or email to maintain engagement.
- Deliver sales discussions that encourage prospects to meet with agents and explore their insurance needs.
