As an Protege Agent, your primary focus will be on driving sales by connecting with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and delivering customized solutions that exceed expectations. You'll be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities, engaging clients with persuasive communication, and consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets. Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing Ready: Must have (or be willing to obtain) Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance licenses in the State of Missouri, with training provided.

Educational Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
