• Licensed or willing to obtain proper licensing in the State of Missouri (Property and Casualty as well as Life, Health, and Accident licenses).
• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proficienxy in Custer service principles, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
• Familiarity with benefits administration processes is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
