Job Description:
Responsible for generating new insurance sales, maintaining client relationships, and delivering excellent service to meet clients’ coverage needs. The producer identifies potential customers, evaluates their insurance requirements, and provides tailored solutions. They specialize in commercial insurance, life insurance, and property and casualty (P&C) insurance.
Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Qualifications and Skills Required
Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance, life insurance, and/or property and casualty insurance sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the insurance industry.
Licensing:
• Active state insurance licenses in Life and Health, and Property and Casualty.
Technical Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and industry regulations.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and insurance sales platforms.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Work Environment:
• This role involves both office and field work, requiring travel to meet with clients and attend networking events. Flexibility is essential for managing schedules based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development:
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
• Present and sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and objectives.
2. Client Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage adjustments to meet changing needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
3. Policy Evaluation & Customization:
• Assess clients’ risk exposure and insurance requirements.
• Develop customized insurance plans tailored to clients’ needs in commercial insurance, life insurance, and P&C.
• Educate clients on policy details, terms, and conditions.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
• Maintain thorough knowledge of insurance regulations and company policies.
• Ensure adherence to state licensing requirements and continuing education.
5. Administrative Duties:
• Prepare and process insurance applications, renewals, and endorsements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
