Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in insurance sales, account management, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Property & Causality Insurance license or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
  • Life & Health Insurance license or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
Responsibilities
  • Work monthly Renewals and conduct thorough insurance policy reviews to understand clients' coverage needs to improve retention and sales.
  • Educate clients on available insurance products and recommend suitable policies based on their needs and budget.
  • Generate Cross-Sell opportunities through various services (Policy reviews, policy changes, etc. for existing clients).
  • Generate Life Insurance opportunities with existing book of business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and service process, from initial inquiry to policy issuance. Cultivate and nurture client relationships to improve retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product updates to effectively advise clients and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Onboarding new clients and cross-selling Life Insurance.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
