In this role, you will focus on generating new business, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets for both personal and commercial insurance products. Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- Experience in insurance sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets preferred.
Licensing:
- Valid insurance producer license in Property and Casualty and/or Life, Health, and Accident (or a willingness to obtain one/both).
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling to build a robust client portfolio.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
Policy Recommendations:
- Analyze clients’ insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options, including life, health, property, and casualty insurance.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with underwriters and other team members to ensure effective policy implementation and client satisfaction.
Customer Service:
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the agency management system.
