In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping clients protect their properties and loved ones with our diverse insurance offerings. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing outstanding service.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

Candidates must have active Property and Casualty Licenses in the State of Missouri (or be willing to obtain)

Preferably, candidates should have experience in sales or client-facing roles

Candidates must demonstrate trustworthiness, reliability, and strong ethics

A coachable mindset is essential

Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills are necessary

Strong interpersonal communication skills are crucial

Motivation and determination are vital qualities

High school diploma or equivalent
